The working conditions have been very favorable for all the various contractors, so we are on schedule.   The site is extremely busy and there are days trying to get on the site due to the kind of work, heavy equipment moving around and just the volume of work going on is not practical.   But that is a great thing to have!!!

Outside as the photos show, there is concrete being poured for sidewalks, driveways, foundations, and slabs.  Additionally, as work is completed in an area – dirt work and grading continue nearly all the time as a follow up. If drive by you notice framing occurring, shingling , siding installation , door, and window installation and at times other work that includes retaining walls, final utilities as well as patios and decks.

On the interior the work really varies depending on the unit.  We have interior framing, insulating, HVAC, electrical, plumbing occurring in nearly all those framed.  Additionally in some units work underway includes shower and vanity installation, kitchen cabinets, fireplace installation, trim work, interior doors, painting and very soon the very first flooring product installation.

The landscaper plans to start work shortly on areas that will include irrigation,  grading , and retaining walls.  If this weather holds who knows how much progress they will make.

Marketing has been very busy and are doing a great job of meeting with those on the waiting list as well as those who have chosen a Terrace for the follow up needed on production selection.  It is a lot, Connie, and Alysa are amazing in what they do to support so many.

The project is moving forward extremely well and with all hands-on deck will continue this same path.  We will be approaching a time in the next few months that we can evaluate where we are at on the total project verify some of our anticipated completion schedules.
