Are you ready for your next hiking adventure? Hiking in the hills involves great exercise and scenic views!
Did you know that Westhills Village Wellness offers monthly hikes in the hills as a group? Hikes are usually 1 – 5 miles and may be out and back, loops, lollipop or point A to point B type of hikes. You may go as long as you want. This is your journey!

All scheduled hikes meet at Westhills Village Main Entrance and caravan to the trailhead.
Winter hikes are scheduled closer to the Rapid City area and when it is nice they are around Custer, Deadwood or Lead area.

- Family and Friends
Tips for Hiking in the Hills:
- Pace yourself
- Dress in weather appropriate clothing (layers and a waterproof jacket, hat, gloves, sun protection)
- Trekking poles to help with balance (be mindful where you place your feet)
- Hydrate and Fuel
