The candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient transporting of Residents to and from appointments or scheduled outings.  The position will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle (exterior and interior) and assure that the vehicle is in good repair and in full compliance with all recommended maintenance as per vehicle operating manual.

Qualifications:

• Have a valid South Dakota Drivers License
• Professional attitude, strong work ethic and motivated
• Flexible availability and open to weekends if needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to interact and communicate well with others including residents, resident families, and staff
• Physical ability to walk for extended periods of time, lift and maneuver residents with assistance, and transport residents with wheelchairs
