ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare food
- Read and Interpret recipes
- Ability to understand and prepare therapeutic diets.
- Assume responsibility for meeting meal schedules.
- Ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
- Consults with the Dining Services Manager about food production aspects of special events being planned.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to read and write
Ability to work weekends and holidays
