Located on the west side of Rapid City, Clarkson Health Care Facility offers another choice of service for residents of the community. Purchased by Westhills Village in 2000, Clarkson has been renovated and upgraded to the beautiful, well-equipped assisted care facility it is today. It is state-licensed and Medicare approved. Long and short term stays are provided in private accommodations.
A professional nurse is on duty 24 hours a day and our Medical Director is directly involved in facility operations. A Social Services Coordinator, Activity Director, Director of Nursing, Therapist, and Dietary Aide meet regularly with each Resident and his or her family. This Plan of Care meeting ensures that the specific needs of all Residents are met as effectively as possible.
