Courtyard Assisted Living residents went out for a daily walk with Erin and whomever will join! Walking is a powerful, low-impact exercise that improves cardiovascular health, aids in weight management, strengthens bones and muscles, and boosts mental well-being by reducing stress and anxiety. A daily brisk walk can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of chronic diseases like Type 2 diabetes and certain cancers, and improve overall longevity.

After the walk we enjoyed coffee and snacks with our Independent Living friends!
