Active Aging is “an annual event that promotes health and wellness for adults”. Usually, this event happens for one week each year. However here at Westhills Village we dedicate an entire month to aging actively. We fill our Active Aging month with many activities to exercise both the body and mind. This can range from hiking to book club, as well as poker, walks, yoga, water volleyball, tennis, scrabble, presentations, health fair, concerts, bowling, socials, and much much more. We have had a variety of activities scheduled every day throughout September. When Westhills Village does something, we don’t do it halfway, we go all the way!
