The main focus of our health care facility is short term rehab with an outcome-focused approach used by our professional team with expertise in assessing residents’ clinical conditions.
As a result of our superior therapies and treatments, a very high percentage of residents return to their independent levels of living.
Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy are available on-site, in addition to access to the highest level of nursing care.
A professional nurse is on duty 24 hours a day, and our Medical Director is involved in facility operations. Our interdisciplinary team consisting of a Social Services Coordinator, Life Enrichment Director, Director of Nursing, Therapist, and Dining Services meet on a regular basis with each resident and his or her family.
