Wellness and an Active Lifestyle is part of Community Life

Westhills Village is dedicated to optimizing each individual’s functional ability and well-being. The Seven Dimensions of Wellness, including Physical, Spiritual, Intellectual, Social, Environmental, Emotional and Vocational Wellness are integrated into the lifestyle of Westhills Village.

We offer a wide variety of wellness opportunities such as exercise programs including water, balance, strength, cardio fitness, and flexibility for a wide variety of fitness levels.

Each month we have an activities calendar which includes card games, birthday and anniversary parties, pool, writers’ club, book club, many hobby groups, crafting groups, church services, Bible study groups, and so much more!

Physical Wellness
