A tremendous amount of progress has been made on the Terraces and construction is moving forward quickly!

On the east side of the project we are putting the finishing touches on the interior of several homes.  This includes installing cabinetry, showers, fixtures, and beginning flooring installation.  Outside these same units, our landscaping contractor is on site and is completing the project in phases.  As you look across the east side of the development, you will notice completed siding, finished decks and patios, sidewalks, and driveways.  Looking west and up the hill, you will see homes in nearly every stage of construction; from foundations and framing to homes nearing completion.

Construction activity remains very busy, with approximately 60 to 80 workers on site each day.  We anticipate the first few homes will be ready for occupancy in October, with additional homes becoming available each month thereafter.  We expect the entire 35 home Terraces community to be completed by early spring.

Interest in the Terraces continues to be strong. Our Marketing team have once again done an outstanding job meeting with prospective residents, showcasing everything the Terraces have to offer, and helping make this project a success!

It is incredibly exciting to see the vision for the Terraces becoming reality.  We look forward to welcoming residents to this beautiful new addition to the Westhills Village community!
