How many houses have you built in your lifetime?
Westhills Village resident volunteers worked in the wood shop and built many! These houses are for the Ronald McDonald charity that collects aluminum pop tabs from beverage cans and other aluminum containers. These tabs are recycled and the money helps support programs that provide lodging, meals, and other services for families with children receiving medical care.
This is one of the many ways that Westhills Village and the residents give back to the community. Giving back has no age limit and our residents prove that every day. These acts of kindness remind us that everyone has something valuable to contribute. Giving back provides a sense of purpose, strengthens connections and shows that compassion never retires.
We are incredibly proud of our residents for sharing their time, talents and generous hearts! Thank you for making our community a better place!
